On Dec 30, 2025 my brother Mike Wolding had a stroke affecting the right side of his body. He is 56 years old & this is a life changing event.
We are grateful he has feeling on his affected side, is able to speak & swallow. However he was left with marked weekness to his right arm which he has not been able to move at all & right leg which he can lift a little for a few seconds. He has difficulty doing everything really as he is right handed & is unable to walk.
Mike is currently in a rehab program with intensive physical & occupational therapy to regain the skills to take care of himself. The future is uncertain & we are grateful for any assistance for him.
