The cops were chasing someone and knocked down my fence later me and my dog went outside while we were out there another dog run back there after me my dog protected me they fought to the road when cops saw they came over and beat my dog cause he was winning I can't afford vet bill he needs help hasn't been same since this happened please help me help him.
