Luna my precious puppy just turned one and had gotten this spot and i am trying to afford some medication or a vet appointment for her to get some kind of kind of medicine for it I don’t know what it is I just need help please we have tried everything we have we sprayed itch spray and numb cream on it nothing seems to work
