My name is Jessica I am 34 yrs old single mom, I have been working for the past 6 years full time and getting my business and accounting degree, however the last 2 months . I  began having seizures again. However this one was the worst ,I fell and busted my entire face, and my heart stopped and had no pulse. I was in the hospital for 3 day and lost my job. Now I am on medication I cannot drive, be alone etc. I have a 1 year old son and 10 year old daughter. I have been struggling with what I can do . I haven't been able to get my disability yet as I am still waiting on the paper work to go through and I have my appointments for the MRI and EEG coming up on the 30th, they found a blood vessel that's is narrowing in my brain and what causing them and can cause strokes if not addressed quickly.  the neurology appt is out a few months. In the mean time I have no insurance as I was insured through work but no longer am. Waiting in limbo for medicaid, but cannot get my medication which is why I am continuing having them . I am now behind on a few bills, and one month of rent,. I have lived here for almost 3 years now. as well as the things we are needing. such as diapers, wipes, baby food, school supplies. hygiene I have no choice but to ask for help. I have never been in a situation where  I haven't been able to fully cover all our needs and wants. Until now and its out of my control. I don't want to lose our home while I am waitng for my disability. I am scared. I have reached out for assistance in my area and the few places are low on funding I was told call back in a month , by then It will be too late , I feel like I am failing my family and letting my kids down. I've become so much more depressed, which is making everything harder to manage . I will have attached  photos of proof and happy to verify any other questions . I'm not trying to ask for alot just enough to get us by until I get my disability going. anything helps even prayers and good vibes sent our way .
