We need a help with paying late fees 

The reason for the late fees is we don't get paid until after the due date and they keep adding the late fees and it is unauthorized to pay..for last 2years we have been paying lot rent we own our homes and after we pay the space rent we receive a 7 day notice to get out of our hmm 

They want to destroy my home for there own we almost got it remodel but they want to destroy it Iif my family get help to move it off the land we would be totally grateful. We really need to get back to our home town my husband sister just passed away we need to get her funeral services taken care of too
