I lost both my parents this year. My dad passed from prostrate cancer and 6 months later my mom had a stroke that left her bedridden, without speech and unable to care for herself. She lived with me and my girls under hospice comfort care. As a single mother and grandmother, I had to take unpaid leave from my job to care for my mom. I don’t have any other family. My mom passed after a month of suffering. My parents did not have any life insurance and I have no way to pay for anything. I desperately need help. My daughter and 4 year old granddaughter live with me, but the loss of my income has made our situation desperate. We are not only struggling to pay our bills, but we have no money to cover any funeral expenses for my mom. The loss of my dad earlier this year exhausted all savings. We would be so grateful for any help. We are devastated by the loss of our only family and now we are left afraid of how we will financially manage as well. I’ve never been one to ask for help but I don’t know what else to do. Any help would mean everything to me and my girls. Thank you
