Hi everyone, 

My name is Valerie, and I share Derfy the Cat with mt daughter Molly. 
 

Derfy is a 15 year old, chonky, cuddly loaf who has many years left in her. 
 

Unfortunately, Derf has run into a lot of health issues recently, including a severe infection in her ear canal, and inflamed damaged teeth in the back of her mouth. I have spent the last few weeks taking her back and forth to the vet, giving her multiple rounds of medications, an MRI, an XRay, and an appointment with a Neurologist. She is looking at months of antibiotics and now dental work. 
 

So far, I have had to put about $7000 (and counting) on a credit card to cover all of this. Its worth it, because despite, she is a very strong, and healthy cat. 
 

I appreciate any and all help and support you may be able to offer us, every dollar helps.
