Please join me in raising funds to support the Jake's Got This Foundation.We help support children and their families with Cerebral Palsy (CP) and fun opportunities.

On April 27th, we are hosting our 3rd annual Softball Game fundraiser. The Jackson Police vs Jackson Fire Department. This event not only helps raise funds for children we support BUT also rasies awareness for our warriors.
