My family and I have been renting from this landlord for months hoping use this rental space until we go to our next one. I came home to this on the property stating that the owner illegally rented out this space. The house will be condemned March 3, 2024. The owner can through me and my family out at anytime. I work 40 hours a week making 7.25 plus tips. This was unexpected and I have no money saved for this. I can sue to get payments back that I made on rent but that will take time. Local shelters are filled and local resources are tapped in funds. I've called 211 and love rental eviction agency. Funds are frozen. If anyone can help that would be amazing. The reason for amount asked, I have found private landlords that will let me move in with deposit and first months rent. I can take care of the rest. I just need a lil help.
