My husband passed away 7 years ago now and I've been trying to get help to restore my home ever since have I've had raccoons possums and all kinds of critters getting in and out even a kitten currently getting in somewhere …. There's literally almost no insulation in home and what was used in home was very little installed improperly without any backing I've had bronchitis over and over and numerous health issues the floors were all rotted and ice been repairing everything I can but I'ts overwhelming ( floors , flooring, walls ,holes and cracks and gaps everywhere, windows all need fixed and replaced with more efficient windows air comes in all around windows And siding and walls all rotted around them , all siding needs replaced and done correctly as it wasn't installed properly previously , porches front and back need replaced and central heat and air unit replaced and roof has a couple soft spots on it  ) I can't afford new roof which I just had inspection on saying there's a couple soft spots on roof and need the central heat and air unit replaced and I don't even know what that will cost and all the siding needs replaced it wasn't installed properly to begin with and you can literally put hand thru and into the house in places all the duct work under house is bad and racoons were in and possibly something dead we have been pulling all that out so it will all need replaced and repaired but I couldn't keep getting sick so this is emergency manner for my health and well being …. I'm a single widow and disabled and trying to start over and this place a home again … would greatly appreciate any help or advice along the way …. Thank you dearly …  I'm trying and working very hard doing a lot of the work to help on the cost
