I am trying to raise money in order to relocate my family from Utah to West Virginia.

The past two years and two living situations have been very difficult. Two years ago my daughter who was seven at the time was taken from in front of our building, kidnapped and assaulted in multiple ways. She has struggled through therapies and tries every day just to be a happy little girl. My son was also bullied there.

After battling with mental and severe physical health issues of my own I was able to find us a place. We moved to a new place that was the only one I could afford. In the last month SWAT has had to come to our complex for a drug raid and active shooter. Last night a man with a gun was standing outside our window and started firing. I dove to cover my children and get them to the bathroom away from the front of the house. To see my babies terrified and knowing we aren't even safe in our own house has crushed me. The house also has a pest problem the landlord refuses to do anything about.

I have found a house that we can afford in wheeling West Virginia that is clean, safe, large enough for my family, and where we can have a new start. My kids can actually be kids there. I have already started the process of applying to go to school for my social work degree there and the school for my kids is amazing. We can afford everything once we are there.

It was going to be a couple of months till we moved but now with the shooting last night I need to get my kids out of here as fast as possible.

Any help to give my kids the save new future they deserve us greatly appreciated.
