Hello. We are in a bad place at the moment. It took us nine long years to get to the place where we could buy a home. We did it, but not without downfalls. It took everything we had to get into our home. We paid inspectors, appraiser,all closing costs etc. We didn't even have anything left to buy things for our home, but we didn't mind. We have two kids that are still in school (12&17) and we were finally in our own place. My husband left his job of 23 years due to it being a 2 and half hour drive one way. He started a new job,but with a big pay cut. We have sold just about everything we could just to keep afloat, but now we are at risk of losing our home and nowhere to go. Our mortgage is high, and unless we can catch up on our payments; we can not refinance. I have been in three not at fault car accidents in the last five years and currently,my husband is the sole provider. I have job applications into several places but unfortunately,it will not stop us from losing the house. Any and all help would greatly be appreciated! You would help a family of four keep a roof over their heads,which in turn would also keep food on our table as well as helping keep the lights and water on. We have tried bankruptcy just to be told it would harm us more than help us. Thank you and God Bless!
