TLDR: My sister and her family are at risk of losing her only car because she had to spend money to fix her car. She had to take time off of work due to the break down that happened suddenly and the repairs on her car cost more than her car payment. Her family relies solely on this car.  Laura is a very private person and asking for help is the last thing she wants to do, which is why I created this fundraiser. She deserves the help. 

If you are reading this, you probably know my sister. She's an incredible human who has handled and accomplished more in this life than anyone I know. 

At 20 year old, she lost her son when he was 9 months old then took custody of me (her little sister) less than a year later.

At 27 years old, her oldest daughter Natalia who was 9, was diagnosed with ITP, a rare blood disorder which prevents clotting. Less than 24 hours after giving birth to Nadia, her younger daughter, Natalia was admitted to the hospital and fought for her life for 3 weeks after having a major abdominal surgery. Natalia re-learned how to walk and write. 

At 31 years old, she survived a domestic abuse situation. 

At 34 years she graduated college! 

I don't detail my sister's life for pity. The complexities of her life are far more than I've listed here. I'm begging you to imagine withstanding everything she has as a single parent and still maintaining a positive spirit, like she has. 

If she loses her car, it is possible that her family could end up losing everything. If you live in Oklahoma, you know that it is nearly impossible to maintain a job, get to doctor's appointments, or even transport your kids to school without a car. 

Every single penny will help my sister and she deserves the help.
