This Fundraiser is for my nephew Shane. He is 12 years old and attends Uwharrie charter Academy in Asheboro,NC. Shane was   diagnosed March 2025 with Stage 3 Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma with ALK Negative form. His parents have struggled a lot so far in these last 2 months with many trips and stays at Brenners Children's Hospital in Winston Salem,NC. He has been going through aggressive chemotherapy and has a long journey ahead of him. He has also been hospitalized recent for 2 blood transfusions so far and being immunocompromised  His parents are not able to work right now  due to everything changing from day to day. The hospital is an hour away from where we live and the ride uses a lot of gas. The money would be used for gas and food while we are at the hospital. The money will also be used for medications that aren't covered by his insurance. The money will also be used toward essentials and food  that are needed for him as well.
