The funds I am asking for would be used to cover my medical bills from having my left shoulder repaired. I had a torn labrum from years of pitching and coaching baseball and softball. I am a teacher in a very small school in SW Missouri and while I have insurance I was still left paying my out of pocket expense of $7,500. I am beyond thankful to have my shoulder repaired and fully usable again, but the cost I owe is over 2 months of my pay. Any help would be appreciated to lessen the burden on my family.
