I am reaching out during a profoundly challenging time for my family as we have been significantly impacted by the recent hurricane that swept through our area. The storm has destroyed our home and left us with nothing. As a single mom of four children, my primary concern is providing them with a safe environment as we navigate this difficult time. I am overwhelmed with what is to come while attempting to rebuild our lives. I am making this post in hopes of raising funds to help assist with essential supplies, temporary housing, and any additional costs that are necessary during this time. As we are currently staying in a hotel, and may potentially not stay at the same location throughout this process, any items I cannot find at our current location, I will order online and have sent to a close family friends address, she has kindly offered to allow me to have things I order sent to her address, and that she would collect them and coordinate getting them to me and my children while we navigate this temporary housing/living situation.
