Help a Single Mother Keep Her Children Housed During Crisis

Hello, my name is  Varnita and I’m a single mother to three amazing children — one of whom lives with sickle cell disease. For the past twenty years, I’ve worked hard as an administrative professional to provide a stable and loving home for my family. But recently, I lost my job after eight years of service, and our lives have been turned upside down.

Now, I’m facing the very real and terrifying possibility of eviction. With no current income and limited resources, I’m doing everything I can to find new employment — applying daily, participating in a job-seeking program, and staying as hopeful as I can for my children. But we need immediate help to get through this difficult time.

I’m reaching out to ask for support to help cover a few months of rent and essential living expenses while I work toward getting back on my feet. Your donation, no matter the amount, would mean the world to us. It would not only give us temporary relief but also the breathing room we need to rebuild our lives and protect the safety and well-being of my children.

If you’re unable to give, I’d be so grateful if you could share our story. Every act of kindness — whether financial help, job leads, or words of encouragement — is deeply appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your support.

With gratitude,
Varnita
