Hey everyone my name is Wayne I have always been independent and hard-working. I grew up in Chicago with a very loving family.

I’ve been dealing with some serious back pain and recent MRI results show damage to pretty much every vertebrae along with some nerve damage. It’s gone to the point where I’m unable to work and the bills are adding up fast any and all funds will go directly towards covering bills, as well as helping with basic living expenses while I apply for disability and focus on recovery.

I need to raise funds as quickly as possible with medical appointments already scheduled, and expenses coming due.
