I recently had to have spinal fusion surgery to prevent paralysis, a week before my surgery we were told that we had to pay 5 thousand up front so we used everything we had that was supposed to cover the other bills . Now I am going to have to pay for the surgery and the hospital stay along with the remaining medical costs for just the surgeon alone which is 20 thousand. We are a one income family supporting our other family adult members with no outside help.  I need your help it would mean so much to me and my husband if we can get help  to pay for the medical bills . We are about to lose our only vehicle that My husband uses to get to work . whatever anyone can do we really appreciate it . God Bless .
