I need to move from northern New York. I have two children and need a helping hand. I feel that there is no jobs and really need to get out of the area. The area has no jobs, and I need a fresh start. I am a minority I a mostly non minority area. I loved it here because of the fresh air and no violence. I raised my children by myself. But now it is time to move. I am a single black father. I thought I could do it here by myself, but the realization has come to me that I can’t. The mother has not been in the picture now for the last ten years. My children are starting to get older and I must show them that their is more to life then this small poor town. I thought that being a good person and morals will take you far, but in this environment it hasn’t panned out. Rumors have gone farther. I’m starting to get to the end of my rope. I suffer from depression and since my parents have died, I have no mental support or money. I have been thinking dark thoughts lately. I really need a fresh start in a different place. In November I’m supposed to be out of my apartment and really have no other choice then to ask for help. I know it’s no one else’s fault or responsibility, but it will really help and give me hope in humanity if someone could help me in this time of need.
