My children and I are starting over after leaving an abusive and unsafe home In August of 2022. 
Hoping to raise some funds to pay lawyers fees, resolve debt and put towards a down payment on a new home. We have been displaced and renting, while we await the court proceedings to be finalized. As a single mother my income is just keeping us afloat, and does not allow me to stabilize and move towards permanency. The ability to resolve the financial stressors in our lives and move towards a permanent home, is the biggest blessing we could receive. We are continuously working on our healing and finding a new normal in our lives, but without the security of a permanent home, it can feel nearly impossible to come out of survival mode and begin to thrive. 
Our current lease will expire in September and my goal is to be ready to purchase a home by the end of the year.
