2006 van was stolen from over an elderly woman in Marble Falls living in HUD housing from the parking lot,. The owner cannot pay the 900 plus charged by the towing company in Fort Stockton, Texas where the vehicle was recovered. The thief was appended; however, has no funds that will reimbursement his victim.
