The leasing office won't make a payment plan for past due rent. We're fine with rent going forward, and were led to believe the property would make a payment plan with us. Unfortunately, they would rather give up the rent going forward and evict us, rather than let us pay a couple of hundred dollars a month on top of our usual rent payments (we went back to paying our rent normally, and on-time at the beginning of October). We have exhausted all options, and if we become evicted, we'll lose all our property, as well. We don't have friends or family to stay with, a car, hotel, storage, anything.
