I'm so embarrassed to do this but I really need help and don't know what to do.

I suffer from a debilitating and incurable stomach disorder that caused severe and constant nausea and vomiting

 I've been fighting with Social Security for years. Now one of my doctors is withholding my medical records despite being subpoenaed twice by the court! So my case just drags on with no relief. My attorney can't help.

I get $200 from the state each month and half goes to rent. I have tried working over and over and always get fired for being out sick. Mortifyingly I have also tried panhandling until a man punched me in the eye.

I spend my tiny amount of money on OTC meds because my prescriptions don't help. I run out of money after one week 

I can't keep up with the medical products I need (not covered by insurance) or the supplies of daily life or my bills.

Again I'm embarrassed and sorry for asking but if you can help at all if appreciate it more than you know.  2 years sober on 2/20/25!
