- The loss of my beloved father, James has left a huge hole in our hearts. We are reaching out to the community for help in covering the costs of the funeral and other expenses. I am a single mother of four and was recently laid off from work. My dad was an amazing man, he didn’t have a lot, but he would never hesitate to help others in any way he could. If you’ve ever heard the term or saying “they would give the shirt off their back.” That would be him in an heartbeat. He was a devoted Christian and no matter how bad things got, and he was in a lot of pain, he always kept a smile on his face.. and best believe if you spoke to him you would leave with one on yours. He would always quote, “your faith has to be bigger than your fear, when I asked him if he was scared when faced with yet another one of many surgeries he had on his heart. I’m praying this request finds kind hearted souls like he was. My heart hurts more than Words could ever say. I would give anything in the world for him to have the funeral he deserves. If I was able to I wouldn’t hesitate but I honestly don’t have any money right now. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a difference. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
