My name is Jeramy and I recently had a fall which damaged my Spinal cord. I need to have a surgery to prevent permanent paralysis from the waist down. My insurance company is paying for most of the cost,but I'm still responsible for $5000 of the total. Any help would be greatly appreciated and certainly needed. Thank you
