My name is Joey and I was raised by my grandparents. Recently I just lost my grandfather/dad/my best friend. And it has been one of the roughest times in my life. Along with my grandmother's also…who suffered a stroke in February 2023. And since having that stroke, dementia has set in and her capabilities of taking care of herself have diminished over time but since the loss of grandaddy, things have gotten worse. So I've had to move back home. But what I need help with is that I have had a small home renovation business for a little over 3 years and I was doing pretty good,but since I've moved home and had to take care of my grandmother, my business has suffered. I've had to let go of all my employees,turn down work and only able to take on small handyman jobs. But it's not enough, because my grandfather had a mortgage on the home we live in, my grandmother only gets just under $200 a month in SS and her survivor benefits from my grandfather just do cover the mortgage and groceries and monthly medical bills and other debts from when he was alive. We can't afford at home care nor can we afford to put her in a facility even if I was going to,which I am not! And to top all that off the house is such need of major repairs. I've doing what I can but with limited funds it's hard. So if there's any kind souls our there that can understand my situation, please help if you can. God bless
