This fundraiser is to help my family make ends meet for the next 1-2 months so we can avoid homelessness. My husband was let go from his job the day before Thanksgiving. The company he worked for downsized and eliminated his position. We are currently supporting ourselves and our grandson on what I get from my part-time job. This is not sustainable. We have applied for social services, unemployment, etc, but in the meantime we have to keep the wolf from the door. The money that is raised will go towards our rent, utility bills, car payment/transportation costs. Please, if you have a little bit to spare, my family and I would be beyond grateful for the help.
