My name is Rosaline, and I am a single mother of 2 children ages 5 and 10. I have applied to countless jobs and still applying to jobs since I had to resign from my work from home job because my children would be sick quite often. I cannot afford childcare, and I do not have any help from family regarding watching my kids while I work. So, I had to work for Instacart and UberEATS because that is the only job where I can take my kids. I am teaching my kids how to work, and they help me do orders for customers. My town is not that big, so, on good days I make between $40 -100/daily and, then some days I do not make anything except gas money. Now that my 5 years old is going to school this year, I will be able to get a real job while they are in school. My kid's dad moved out last year without telling me that he was leaving us. He quit his job so that I could not sue him for child support, so it’s a struggle, but I have managed to pay the bills and provide for my kids. Without a car, I cannot afford to pay anything nor provide for them like a mother should. My kids and I cannot go anywhere without a car. I need some help, please, and I never thought that I would have to ask anyone for help, but I am desperate. I was involved in two car accidents this year. They were 3 months apart, with the last one on May 4, 2025. Neither car accidents were my fault. The insurance company waited over 1 month to tell me that my car was totaled. That car was my 2 small children and myself only form of transportation. The insurance company gave me 2 options. The first option was that they would pay off my car and I could keep my car, and they would send me a check for $85. The second option was that they would pay off my car and they keep my car and send me a check for $1699. Whatever option that I chose would leave me without a car. The option I finally chose was to keep my car. This is our last month in the only home that my 5 years old has known she before she came into this world. I cry myself to sleep and pray a lot asking and begging GOD for help, but he has not answered my prayer. Some times I question my faith in GOD because time has gotten so bad. I feel as if I failed my children. Whatever amount that anyone can afford to help me buy a used car would be greatly appreciated and I will forever be thankful to each and everyone because I need a car ASAP.
