Hey everyone,

Things have been incredibly tough lately. My brother-in-law, Doug, passed away unexpectedly in La Grande, Oregon. It’s been a really hard time for our whole family. His 87-year-old dad, who has dementia, is completely devastated but sadly can't travel to the services.

We're planning a proper burial for Doug in Burns, Oregon, and we're trying to figure out how to make it happen. Between my husband's disability and our finances, we're facing a big hurdle getting Doug home for his final resting place – unfortunately, there wasn't any burial insurance. The costs of transporting him and covering the funeral expenses are more than we can manage right now.

Any help you could give to bring Doug home would mean the absolute world to us. Even the smallest contribution would be a huge help and would make a real difference in letting us give Doug the proper goodbye he deserves.
