It is with heavy heart that we share with you that Jose Luis Garcia has passed away , in this time of need, all the funds will be used to help for the funeral expenses our family has incurred. On such a short notice we only have a few days to proceed so we can have Jose the proper burial service he deserves, it would mean the world to our family for any help on funds you can assist with.
