My name is Nehemiah Thomas-Foggy my family and I are trying to raise money for my beloved brother Christopher Thomas-Foggy’s funeral. We believe he was murdered by SOLANO COUNTY POLICE because he died in there custody. My brother was a very kind and friendly loving person Who cared about everyone. Our Family was left with no answers but come pick him up. We did‘n’t even know he died. they waited a week to contact us said something about they had to investigate. They will not let us see the body and giving us the run around. At this point we just need to lay him to rest and  Than we will go from there. We need to the money by 7/17/2023 we really don’t know what happened and would like justice to be serve.
