About this fundraiser

We'd like to share some important news with everyone.  Our health inspectors recently visited and conducted a comprehensive inspection of our facilities.  We are pleased to report to you that all the products stored in our refrigerated boxes - whether in front of or behind the house - are safe during a fire.  Thanks to the uninterrupted power supply, our refrigerators have never fallen below the appropriate temperature, which means that the food, meat or cheese we have prepared will not be affected.

This means that we can use our existing inventory to fulfill all outstanding shipping orders and continue to support our wholesale accounts.  Once we have allocated the products for these orders, we plan to reopen our online Square store for local customers.  Our top priority is to use every bit of safe and ready-to-eat food responsibly - to minimize waste and provide the greatest support for you and our community.

We are moved by your continuous love, support and the vast majority of generous donations we have received.  Although we have insurance, as many of you know, it won't cover all the losses or reconstructions we are facing now.  The fire and flood have caused severe damage to the interior of our store - our walls need to be rebuilt and most of our space needs to be repaired from scratch.

Your donations are helping to bridge the serious gap between insurance coverage and the actual reconstruction costs.  Most importantly, we want to retain our outstanding employees - our families - and ensure that they have a place to go back.  This is the true meaning of this campaign: to protect our team, our mission and our homeland.

Please keep sharing this fundraising event, maintain the momentum and tell your friends.  We need everyone's support to get through the difficult times.  We'll be back.  We rebuild together with you, for you - because of your love for us.

We've got it done.  All of this is for you.

With love and gratitude
