Wrongfully Convicted….

My best friend, Tonya Monroe, has been through unimaginable pain. She lost her beloved baby grandson to a terminal illness, a heartbreak that no family should endure. As Tonya was already grappling with this profound loss, the unthinkable happened: she was accused and subsequently convicted of her grandson's death, a crime she did not commit, and is not even capable of committing.  She was sentenced to life without parole plus 50 years.  Let that sink in for a minute.... this sentence for a crime that was never even committed.

Countless injustices occurred throughout Tonya's trial.

While she is waiting on her appeal, Tonya needs our help for the basic needs like toiletries, phone minutes, food, shoes, and clothing. She has no other choice but to depend on someone out here who cares.  Your help would be a huge blessing for her, and her gratitude is never-ending. Every little bit helps!

Thank you so much for taking the time to learn about Tonya's case.  Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions, advice, information, or just to say hi.  We would love to hear from you!

Sincerely,

Pamela Merritt and Friends and Family of Tonya Monroe
