This is for some of my current bills, but mostly for my gender affirming surgeries.  I cannot get them through the VA because Trump ended all gender affirming care in the VA system.  I am a 100 percent permanent and totally disabled veteran.  This means I get all my healthcare through the VA currently.  I am working on an alternative, but untill then I cannot qualify for any state help like MediCal because I get a little bit too much money from the VA every month.  I give half that money to leana my ex wife because she can't work and I need to make sure she has a way to at least pay the rent.  It's not enough, but it's all I have.  But that means I don't make enough to buy my own health insurance.  So I effectively have zero chance of getting coverage for any of my gender affirming care or surgeries.  Actually there is a small chance I might be able to get some coverage from kaiser-Permanente but even that will still require me to pay some steep(for me) premiums assuming I can make it work. So this is something some friends suggested for me to try.  You are still special to me if you can't help me with money, most of my friends are poor like me, but you can also post this in places I can't reach and maybe someone there can.  Thank you and I love you all
