My name is Dustin, and I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart and a plea for help. A sudden incident has thrown our lives into turmoil, leaving my family and me in a difficult financial situation. I am currently unable to work due to a severe condition called Osteomyelitis, which developed after an unfortunate accident where I stepped on a nail.

Before this unforeseen circumstance, I worked as an operating engineer, providing for my family and ensuring our financial stability. However, the excruciating pain and complications resulting from Osteomyelitis have rendered me unable to fulfill my duties at work. This sudden loss of income has put us under immense financial strain, leaving us struggling to make ends meet. We just got over the death of my beloved son, Dustin James Ford, which left us with no savings to rely on as back up . Medical Funeral costs related to his early passing left us in heavy debt. I am not one to ask for money, as I have always been able bodied and strongly believe in creating our own luck and fortune.

Adding to our challenges, my wife is also disabled, and the modest income she receives from social security disability benefits is simply not enough to cover our essential expenses. With mounting medical bills, rent, and other everyday costs, we find ourselves at risk of falling behind and facing the terrifying prospect of homelessness.
