I am a healthcare professional supporting an older adult who is currently facing urgent housing instability while managing significant medical needs.

They rely on oxygen and require a safe, stable environment. Until recently, they were able to stay in a hotel with temporary assistance from a local church, but that support has now ended.

We are actively working on longer-term housing solutions, but there is an immediate need to prevent a gap in safe shelter. Without support, this individual is at risk of losing access to a stable environment needed for their health and safety.
