My name is Veronica. My family and I are requesting help to be able to stay living in Michigan. From our understanding we are loosing our home due to an unlawful and immoral act from the property manager and owner. We asked for our kitchen sink to be fixed and after 3 attempts of them not being able to fix it we are being asked to move by March 1st, 2026. My mom works for 20 surgeons at a doctors office. She supports me in my school activities and sports. She is a high school and little league softball coach. She coach's basketball for the YMCA, Athletic Factory and her own travel team. She is the Vice President of the school PTO committee. My Father started his new job January 6th, 2026 after being laid off since October from his former employer. He works afternoons but supports and participants in school and community functions when he can. We have lived at our current home for 5 years and 3 months. My parents have paid the rent on time each month with no major rule violations. My parents do not have the funds to move, put a security deposit down or pay for 1st months rent by the time we need to move out. This could lead to us moving out of state. I would love to be able to finish my school years here in Michigan at my current school with my friends. My parents would love to continue their dedicated work at their current employers and to our community. We all would be beyond grateful for any kind of support from you. God Bless.
