usually I would be the breadwinner of the house however I ended up getting blood clots in my lungs. 
I am a single dad with no family around. It’s just me and my son. I don’t like to ask for help. But was suggested I try , I love working but the dr say  no

us I could end up with a stroke if this blood clots reach my head area, I feel. Dry sad about this but I have to do this and ask for help. Otherwise my son will have no roof over his head. I didn’t expect this to happen but it did and I hate asking for help but this my only option right now. any help would be much appreciated. I don’t like depend on the unknown usually I’m staying productive making sure my sons needs are met but I won’t be much help if I don’t  stay healthy so I need to trust in the process and follow the DRs orders.

i know a lot of people abuse this kind of platform but I am truely very very sick nd I’m not king tho for me it all for my kiddo whom I love very much.

so I am asking help from the people of America right now. Please help me reach my goal thank you very much
