We recently lost our mother after a 12 day stay in the hospital. She fought pneumonia and other ailments long and hard. We are asking family and friends, and anyone that is able to help to please help us give our mom the funeral she deserved and wanted. We are about $4200 short. We are doing everything we can do to come up with the money ourselves but we could use some extra help. We appreciate all the love and support everyone has shown us during this hard time.

Volinda was a member of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian tribe of Michigan. She was disabled with a heart condition and other ailment. The tribe is only able to cover a portion of the funeral expense. Volinda’s daughters have been out of work 2 weeks and counting now to be by her side during her fight and now to plan her funeral.
