The fundraiser is for my sweet friend that recently lost her husband. She's expecting her fifth baby very soon and is struggling to make ends meet for her family around the holidays. She did not have life insurance on her husband and it was totally unexpected. She did go back to work so that she would be able to catch some bills up and provide a small gift for each child and diapers and things she will need after baby is born. 

This would help cover previous medical and funeral  expenses and provide a nice Thanksgiving and Christmas for her children. She is struggling with the sudden loss and even though she is coping it weighs on her heart everyday as she wonders how she will provide And get through this devastating lost. Her husband was not only her best friend but her childhood sweetheart. 

    This would mean a lot to her, and children around the holidays. It's not a lot but it would cover medical bills and such that's weighing heavy on her heart. I would love to be able to put a smile on her face and let her know she will be ok through the holidays as she deals with this new and upsetting stage of grief… and most importantly that even though she might feel alone, she's loved and thought of as well.
