My name is Willie Smith and I have stage two brain cancer  and have two little kids. My daughter is 11 years old and my son is 14 years old. I’m trying to get help for my chemotherapy and money to support my two kids. I have been in my home raising my kids and the money will go to taking care of my financial burden I have endured. Some of the money will also will take care of my kids too and provide their needs as I can’t right now.I’m not trying to lose my house as I am going threw my treatments.
