Hockey season has begun! My daughter is 17 and this is her first official season playing with a traveling hockey team. She is also a senior in highschool and she has done well with balancing school and hockey. She has grown and improved tremendously as a goalie. She has worked hard this year to get to where she is and I'm extremely proud of her and I want to make this hockey season as amazing as possible.

With the help of many generous people, we were able to get all of her gear and half of her registration fee has been paid for.

I promised myself I would make at least one full season of hockey happen for her. As a single income household, it has been challenging to put money aside to pay the rest of the registration fee, which is 1500, plus factor in travel expenses one weekend per month, starting in October and continuing through March.

I'm doing all that I can to ensure Kate is able to play as many games as possible this season and attend as many practices as we can, so any help is greatly appreciated. Let's make this an unforgettable hockey season for Kate!
