I have canon failure. I’ve had a mini stroke. I have to have kidney surgery in order to survive and I have Dialysis four days a week and I have five children and a grandson. My oldest is eight than 17 1612 and 11 is my youngest and I would love to survive to see the grow up and to watch my four year-old grandson grow up as well. Need all the help as much as possible and I am greatly greatly appreciate it and God bless you and please keep us in your prayers
