My brother, Richard, is diabetic and was very recently diagnosed with mild dementia. I need to move him into an assisted living facility long enough to prepare his mobile home for sale. I believe he’s been defrauded by the realtor he enlisted, as months have passed and she hasn't been able to sell his coach. I also suspect fraud, as his finances have dwindled dramatically during this time. I need to raise funds to place Rick in a facility long enough to get his home sold. My brother is 77 and I am 88.
