About this fundraiser

Fue to numerous power outages, 18 month old thermostat malfunctioned and caused 18 month old HVAC unit to run continuously on heat and cold for two months.  I was unaware of it till monthly bill came in at over $1,000.  paid service man to com out and fix the problem but still ended up with two months of over $1,000 per  month.  Now I have to come up with money to keep disconnect, with extra charges, from happening again.
