A Different Kind of Quinceañera 💜✈️🇰🇷**

Instead of having a traditional quinceañera, L’Via has decided that she would love to celebrate this special time in her life in a different way—with a **dream trip to South Korea!** 🇰🇷✨

She’s always loved K-pop, traveling, and learning about different cultures. Korea is a place she dreams of visiting because she wants to experience the culture, food, music, beautiful scenery, and everyday life for herself. I know that a trip like this would create memories that she could carry with her for the rest of her life and if she decides to join the military this could be a duty station she may LOVE! 
For those who don’t know her, she has a very bubbly personality who loves to make people laugh and enjoy life.  She recently completed an Eating Recovery Program and is in a much better place now with the support of family, friends and God. The disease took so much away from her, but she fought it and did not give up!  The journey isn’t over as she still finds some days where she struggles with it but she says she doesn’t ever want to go back to that dark place and loves her family and friends too much.  L’Via is also very studious, respectful, hardworking, and always tries her best in everything she does.  Outside of school, she enjoys playing volleyball, and in school she is in AFJROTC and Journalism.  She wants to take tons of pictures of Korea! 
Her dream is to one day become a **journalist/photographer**.  She loves capturing nature and people in everyday life and beauty, and sharing those moments with other people through photographs and stories. She wants to see the world, learn of different cultures, and tell stories that allow others to experience those moments through her photography in that exact moment! 
So, rather than having a traditional quinceañera celebration, her dream is to turn this milestone into an **adventure and lifetime memory**. 💜
A trip to Korea would be more than just a vacation for me, maybe I‘ll run into some of my favorite K-Pop artists😍.
