Hi all, 

My name is Angela and Buddy (who is pictured with me) is my best friend and pet child chiwinnie. Both Buddy and I moved to Sacramento with who I believed was my life partner. Through time our living situation has become unhealthy and unsafe. My long term relationship has exhausted my financial and personal capacity. Thus, leading to severe anxiety and depression, which I am now receiving help with. As a first gen Latina, it's also been very difficult to keep up with rising costs on top of making on time payments towards school loans, bills, and living expenses. 

To be frank, it is uncomfortable to ask for help, at the same time, I've given so much to my community and the people I have helped and supported through my career. This is the first time I am prioritizing myself and truly leaning in and asking for help.
