Asking for help is one of the hardest things many of us will ever have to do.
With a heavy heart, I am reaching out on behalf of my family during an incredibly difficult time.
My brother and his family recently experienced the heartbreaking loss of their firstborn son and oldest brother. This tragedy is made even more painful by the fact that they had already endured the loss of another son and brother years ago.
My nephew had the purest heart. He loved his family deeply and cherished every moment spent with them—whether it was on cross-country camping adventures, exploring new places, or simply spending time together at home. He was also a gifted artist with a vivid imagination. He loved sketching the things that inspired him, including Godzilla, Harry Potter, Dragon Ball Z, Star Wars, and many other characters and creations that reflected his creativity and talent.
He touched the lives of so many people and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him. While our hearts are broken, we find comfort in believing that he is now reunited in heaven with his younger brother.
One of the sayings he lived by was:
"Live life the best you can and always believe in yourself."
As our family navigates this difficult journey of grief, we are grateful for any support you can offer. Whether you are family, a friend, or a kind stranger, thank you for taking the time to read our story and for keeping our family in your thoughts and prayers.
