As many of you know Angela was hospitalized on April 13 and had spinal surgery on April 17th that has now left her unable to walk. She will have to use a walker and wheelchair. She finally returned home on April 26th because her insurance denied her to go to an Acute Rehabilitation Facility. She will now require around the clock care and will have a home care nurse and physical therapist come to her home. Angela has been unable to work since February because of her back. This was an unexpected outcome from surgery and she will have a long road to recovery. Doctors are unsure when or if she will be able to return work. This has left the Neale family with unexpected medical bills and financial difficulties. It's now July and I still am unable to walk but make a little progres.  I will be having a spinal cord simulator done on Tuesday the 28th of July and if it works I will have another surgery to have it permanently implanted.  I'm praying it helps.  I'm also doing aquatic physical therap and that is helping some.
